Denitrification Biodegradation Agent
Nugget Denitrification Biodegradation Agent NG-Bionox is a highly efficient microbial agent specifically designed for denitrification in wastewater treatment plants. It is composed of carefully selected denitrifying bacteria, enzyme preparations, and nutrients, sourced from nature and professionally balanced. NG-Bionox is primarily used to enhance the denitrification capability of wastewater treatment systems, typically in anoxic zones such as anoxic tanks. Normally, in wastewater treatment plants, nitrification reactions convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrites and nitrates, and under the action of denitrifying bacteria, nitrates are converted into nitrogen gas and emitted into the air. Under certain adverse conditions, denitrifying bacteria are inhibited, leading to excessive nitrate/nitrite levels in the effluent, causing phenomena such as eutrophication and toxicity to aquatic organisms.
Nugget NG-Bionox can improve denitrification efficiency, increase total nitrogen removal, and enhance operation under low-temperature conditions. It enhances BOD removal; the facultative microorganisms in NG-Bionox can remove BOD under aerobic and anoxic conditions. It can also enhance the removal of refractory organic compounds (such as amines). Additionally, NG-Bionox can utilize more refractory COD as a carbon source and significantly increase denitrification rates. Using Nugget denitrifying bacteria helps maximize the utilization of carbon sources.

Usage Method
Directly add NG-Bionox to various types of aerated wastewater treatment systems, such as A/O aeration tanks, contact oxidation tanks, oxidation ditches, SBR tanks, MBR tanks, etc.
Dissolved oxygen: 0-5 mg/L, optimal range is 0-0.5 mg/L
Temperature: 10-45°C, optimal range is 28-35°C
pH: 6.5-8.5
Salinity: ≤30000 mg/L
NG-Bionox can be used for various applications, with a typical dosage of 0.5-10 ppm of the daily influent flow rate. The dosage depends on several variables, including wastewater composition, average daily flow rate, bioreactor volume, and COD load. Please consult sales personnel for specific dosing instructions.

Safety, Use, and Storage
